You know, I think I mentioned it a few times. There's 700 attendees signed up for y'allah today. And it's I think most of them showed up because it's been pretty crowded.

It's a big area but it's a lot of people it's good. You know, we spoke to a lot of Jay frog people but we spoke to a lot of the companies that are exhibiting but my favorite part is talking to real people real people who are doing development doing devops security here from the community here in Tel Aviv in Israel in general. I want to introduce you to all my mom.

Yeah, or is it just an attendee here at yalla? He doesn't work for Jay frog or any of them. He is a well.

I don't want to you tell them what do you do? So, thanks all I want to just you know saying sorry for my rusty English, you know. All right.

He was speaking here what I'm looking at. Nice nice pretty much a prominent company in Israel. He has many verticals very diverse from recording to skull centers to antifrauding very diverse.

And the my team is doing a very interesting I can say thing with other guy, which is devops for devops. We are 5,000 employees at nice and most of them are in the related as I recall you can imagine that there are a lot of depth of you know teams which are very diverse with all kind of lobes. It's a very hectic environment and they brought me here to make some sense and bring uniformity but the smart uniformity towards nice and they told me, you know to go in the yellow brick road that leads to I know I need to find the pathway in where it's going and Find the common ground between so many lobs and diverse, you know developed in R&D departments.

It's a huge challenge sure is it is and because they are not many, you know, you can see a lot of vendors which are amazing the what they're doing essentially if we can bring to one-liner. It's make your life as easy. But for them for devops, there is no such platform you need to comprise and compose if you will all of those, you know, let's say vendors.

So whatever you want coherent structure and this is what we do. It's nice. So so you doing it just for nice or it's nice doing it is an offering for the community.

No, it's not only at night. It's internal. Yeah, it's only for actual to to you know, bring nice on a certain pathway towards and uniformity but productivity that doesn't limit you because uniformity usually kind of limit you put in your box here.

It's like socialism. Everyone is at the same level. I'm but I don't want to get political if you will.

Yeah. I'm at the socialism. I get it just bringing it up.

But you know, so here's the thing though my observation for what it's worth. Yeah, one of the unique things about devops and I've run Dev Com for 2013 to 20 almost nine years now. Yeah, right.

Is that in most organizations, especially larger Enterprise? Yeah. Devops adoption was not homogeneous.

In other words. It wasn't that the CEO made an announcement that said we're all gonna do devops. No devops in most organizations was bubbles of devops pockets.

This small team was doing devops. This other small team was doing devops, but they weren't necessarily collaborating. They might be using Chef.

This one was using puppet this one use that tool that one. You know what I mean? There was no Communication there was no uniformity.

There was no coordination, right good work. And then what would happen though? Is that as these organizations grew these little bubbles ever grow every blow bubbles when you were a kid, obviously, I think today, you know, we stood it's A fun too, but as these bubbles.

Hit up against each other it became bigger bubbles. Yeah, a bigger bubbles remember and and so that's how devop it was very organic. That's the thing because I think that's I mean that you know, Israel that is you shortage of devops.

I mean not just is you all over. Okay, so and I think it's because this is not a discipline that was taught by Academy. It was a home-grown high taking environment organic exactly organic stuff.

So therefore there's so much disparity between them. There's no common ground and I think that for them I've seen our from our perspective. It's been not only to Conformity informity.

I want to bring you a catalog of building blocks that you can go and change and play with them and bring your own environment. I mean, you just need only to think about your up logic that's it. All the other things clouds as you say, you know that you're seeing here.

Devops developers devops. They there's so much demand they get to pick where they want to exactly money is in the object because they could like name their own price. Right?

So one of the things they look for is the freedom to use whatever tools they want and you know the old saying I I learned this in Hebrew school and as a young boy two Jews three opinions, Developers are yet, worse two developers five different tools. Yeah, right. Every developer has their favorite tool.

They're almost favorite tool. All right the tools I'll never want to use so how that's a challenge for you. How do you how do you be?

Everything went from there on everything is much more organized here. So this is so good. Is there a thought about maybe Productizing this or open sourcing it and others to you.

So that's a thing and it is all I mean, I'm waiting for nice to give me the green light but none of the day if everything goes the progress we want to make it a productized but but not in not not to be one of you know, those the vendors I want to be open Souls that everyone can take and you know, play with it.
