Congressional budget office predicted that the bill would increase deficits by 79 billion dollars over the next decade.

Next the US Navy is moving towards the use of waterborne drones drone ships as an affordable way to grow their Fleet. With the Navy struggling to keep up pace with both Russia and China a disparity that is continued to grow in recent years and is looking to AI to create a resilient networked Fleet. This drone ships can provide greater weapons range scouting and improved command and control with lower costs.
