The firm response for the widely used chat GPT has committed to suggesting actions to resolve data privacy worries brought up by the Italian data protection authority. Openai has responded to these concerns by publishing a statement outlining its approach to AI safety which involves a racing personal information from training data and taking action on requests to erase personal information from its systems.

Next up the Arkansas House of Representatives has passed a bill that would require parental consent for children under 18 to access social media sites.
The bill also would require social media companies to contract with a third party vendor for age verification if past the restrictions would apply only to social media platforms that generate over a hundred million in annual revenue. The governor who supports the bill believes that social media can negatively impact the youth mental health critics of the bill argue that it raises privacy concerns and may limit access to online communities that provide health and education resources. The bill is signed by the governor would take effect in September.
