So let's start this adventure together. Uh, before we begin of the details, let me give you a quick look at what we are going to be talking about. Let's explore the main ideas of K architecture framework, breaking them down to see why they matter.
After that, we'll move into the world of IT R practices and see how these two frameworks work together to make organizations better. We'll use real examples, share practical tips, and give you things you can use in your work. Excited.
So let's begin A little bit about myself. We'll start with exploring database where architecture framework, an ITL practices, right, will begin by learning the basis of a WS nalytics framework, looking at its history and how it's grown over time. Then we'll dig into each main part. So each of the pillars of architect framework, understanding how they work together to make a strong cloud system.
But that's not all. We also look at the ITL practices, seeing how these proven ideas feed smoothly with a WS framework. It's a powerful partnership that makes a lot of sense.

So as we step into the world of, uh, okay, one second introduction. Yeah. A, a, uh, architecture excellence leveraging a WS for active framework for optimal ITL practices.
Okay, so I step into the heart of our session, which are this, uh, STR symphony variable for framework and IL practices harmonies. We create architectural excellence. This session is not a theory.
It's about witnessing the, uh, synergy between these two frameworks and understanding why this session is valuable investment for both IT professionals and decision makers alike. We're not talking about cloud architecture. We're exploring a strategic alignment that can elevate an organization's performance to new heights or so why does this session matter?
What will you gain? Well, let's get answers to this question in this session itself. So, a WS where architecture framework, right?
So let's first understand what a ws, uh, where architecture framework is, and then we'll move on to the history and timeline of a WS for architecture framework. This framework. So regarding knight or architects and organization seeking to achieve cloud excellence for the next few minutes, we'll, under the history significance and principle that makes this framework an indispensable tool in crafting robust and effective solutions in a cloud.
This framework is not just set of guidelines. Uh, it's a gold standard that ensures a cloud solution aligned with industry best practices. As we dive in this section, we'll rate down each core pillar, operational excellence, security, reliability, performance efficiency, cost, and sustainability.
We grasp why these pillars are better of cloud excellence and why we guide architects in building robust cloud architectures. Okay? So with that said, let's dive into the history of a W framework and the different timelines, right?
So, um, let's database, uh, architecture framework didn't appear overnight. It was response to evolving changes that phase in that cloud computing landscape. Imagine it as a solution draft over time, find through experiences, lessons learned.
They were shifting down of cloud architecture, right? So the A WS framework inception was done in 20 20 12. Then in 2015, uh, the four pillars were published by AWS.
Then in 2016, they launched the operational excellence pillar. Then in 2070, they announced the AWS were lenses. So lenses are custom lens, which are, uh, around different technologies like machine learning security, right?
And then they announced a self service implement plans in 2018. Then in 2019, the regional launches globally. So this was regional until 2019 when it launched globally.
Then in 2020 framework operate Moreland and a PS. In 21, they announced sustainability as a new pillar. Uh, in the ever evolved, they were evolving a WS architecture framework, which only had five plus by then, right?
In the 2021, it announced the sustainability pillar. And in 20 20 12, 20 22, uh, the were architecture contained restructured with improvements, right? So this is the timeline and history of the weather.
A WS were architecture framework, right? This isn't me down the memory line. It's a deep dive into the core reasons beyond the framework's existence.
At the end of this segment, not only trace the historical journey, but again, sense why the a WS active framework has adopted you are to become a fundamental asset in the cloud architecture, right? Okay. So with that said, let's move on to the understanding of a architecture framework, right?
So let's get into the heart of the matter then. A WS active framework. It's not just a set of guidelines as we discussed, it's structure, build on core pillars that serves the foundation for cloud excellence.
So what are these pillars? Let's say we go into each pillar in detail, right? So operational excellence, it's about running workloads efficiently, responding to events, continuously improving processes.
It's a heartbeat of a aware architecture system, right? Then security. What is security?
Security pillar is a guardian of your architecture. It ensures that the data systems and assets are protected. We'll explore how this framework provide a blueprint for creating a secure environment.
Then reliability. What is reliability? What good is an architecture if it isn't reliable?
The reliability pillar focuses on ensuring workloads recover from failures and meet customer demands during the face of challenges. Performance efficiency. So what is performance efficiency?
You dive into how framework helps you use compute resources efficiently and make sure your system can adapt to changing requirements and demand that is performance efficiency for you. Then what is cost optimization? And the cost optimization pillar isn't about just about saving money.
It's about spending wisely. The framework provides strategies toward unnecessary cost. Ensure that you get most value out of your cloud investment.
Then what is sustainability? Sustainability is all about, uh, you having to manage your resources in a sustainable manner and not, uh, taking care of the environment along with, you know, ensuring that your application, uh, according to the demand. So by the a Ws, were accurate framework isn't just about pillars, guided by principles, fundamental concepts that shape its design together.
Uh, let's go these principles and understand how this they contribute to the frameworks. Efficiency. Why does all this matter in the grand scheme of cloud architecture?
You may ask, right? It shapes best practices. Uh, a w framework isn't just a set of rules, it's a philosophy that went apply.
Ensure you're not just building the cloud, you're building the excellence. Okay? So, uh, we understood the core principles, core pillars of a WS framework, namely security, performance costs, operational and reliability.
Then we wanna to understand the principles behind this framework and then why it is important for cloud architecture, right? Strategy alignment with IT L practices. So now that we have laid foundation with a WS architecture framework, let's explore how this, uh, strategy aligns with the IT l practices and gives a powerful partnership for both.
So first, what is I-T-L-I-T-L stands for information technology infrastructure and a set of practices for IT services management. We, we'll embark on a brief get insightful journey through IT. L principles understand how they provide a solid framework for IT service management.
Next, we'll go to seamlessly transition to strategic partnership between IT L practices and a framework. Imagine this two powerful methodologies joining forces and creating a synergy, uh, that enhances your IT service management. We also, uh, discuss what, how these two, uh, powerful framework combined to give you a very solid, um, synergy and probably a solid IT service management, right?
Okay. So yeah, without further, let's begin. So as we discussed, you know, IT, IL stands for information Technology Infrastructure library, Toyota, robust framework for IT service management.
Uh, there are core principles attached to IT leading how they act as a compass for effective IT service discovery from service strategy to continue service improvement. We'll navigate through these principles ensuring IT services align simul with the business needs and priorities. So, uh, okay, we understand ITL it has a few, uh, principles like service level agreements, service catalog, incident management, problem management, continuous, uh, service improvement and data audit.
A few of the principles are in this ITL right now, how does it align, uh, with the a s uh, architecture framework. It's not just about coexistence, it's about organizing a harmless integration, right? Which of this as there's two, uh, methodologies where it I principles, uh, effortlessly with the pillars and principles of s where critical framework combined together through real world scenarios and practical examples.
We'll see how this alignment isn't a theoretical concept pattern, dynamic reality. So higher this, uh, understanding the alignment is just the beginning. How can organizations translate this knowledge into actions?

Uh, what are the case studies that we have for you, right? So the first case study that, uh, we have is, uh, a global e-commerce sign, right? The e-commerce sign based, uh, frequent service disruptions, right?
So there are probably few issues that the, uh, company was facing, right? So, um, you know, e-commerce and pay several frequent service disruptions impacting the customer experience and revenue. Uh, the lack of, uh, structured IT service management, uh, led to prolonged downtime and frustrated customers.
So what are the solution for this particular problem is the, uh, client faced, right? So implementing a WS framework alongside the ITL practices allowed the organization to restructure its service architecture, the use of ITLs incident management processes, and ensure the faster detection and reservation of users. Whereas the weather architecture framework guided the optimization of resource or ion and improved the overall system's reliability.
So what are the benefits and improvements observed, right? So reduce time, time, right? Significant decrease in the service downtime leading to enhance customer satisfaction was one of the things that noticed.
Then another observation was optimize resource allocation, efficient use of cloud resources resulting in cost savings. Then another was improved incident resolution. So streamlined incident management processes led to quicker issue reservation.
So what are the lessons learned from this? Combining a WS React architecture framework and ITL principles demonstrate at a proactive approach to incident management. And is resource optimization significantly improve the service reliability?
That was the thing that we observed, right? Let's look at another of the use case, right? So consider a leading, uh, consider a healthcare technology provider, right?
So the healthcare technology provider face challenges in maintaining a user-friendly platform for healthcare professionals. Slow response time, frequent disruptions hinder the effective healthcare service delivery, right? So this was the problem that do the healthcare technology provider was facing.
So how, uh, a w Sware architecture framework and ITT L brought result into this. So, applying a w Sware architecture framework principles cod with this ITLs service management best practices allowed the provider to redesign that platform. The frameworks reliability pillar was instrumental in optimizing the architecture for, uh, responsiveness and availability, itl continued service improvement processes and short ongoing enhancements.
What are the benefits and improvements? Improved user experience, significant enhancement in platform responsiveness and reliability, consistent service availability. So it was also observed that it was reductions in disruptions led to consistent serviceability.
Scalable correction. The AWS framework enable the platform to scale seamlessly with user demand. Uh, so what are the lessons learned from this?
The case emphasized the critical role a WS well architecture framework in creating scalable and reliable platforms with ideas guiding continuous improvement for sustainable user satisfaction. Let's look at another case study. This is financial institution.
We're talking about this financial institution struggled with outdated legacy systems, hindering these digital transformative initiatives, inefficiency in service delivery and lack of innovation that is compared to edge. So by adopting a WS accurate framework, the institution modernize is IT infrastructure. ITL practices were employed to align technology initiatives with business goals.
The strategy alignment facilitated the integration of emerging technologies, accelerating the digital transformation journey. So what are the benefits and the improvements? Efficient service delivery streamlined process is faster and more efficient.
Service delivery, innovation, adoption, successfully integrated emerging technologies and the I institutions competitive position, cost efficient operations, a s framework, guided cost efficient, uh, resource utilization. So what are the lessons learned? The case highlighted the importance of acting, aligning the IT initiatives with business objectives, leveraging AVE architecture framework for efficiency and using it r to guide strategic technology adoption.
