Viktor Gamov – Service Mesh: Day Zero
Service mesh is the future of application connectivity. It delivers immediate value to any architecture by increasing application traffic’s security, reliability and observability. At the same time, it can be challenging to understand and deploy service mesh in production, but it doesn’t have to be this way. Kuma, an open source CNCF sandbox project, takes a new approach to service mesh to build modern architectures across various platforms, including Kubernetes and virtual machines. Kuma is a universal control plane that addresses the complexity of service mesh technologies by enabling seamless management of any service on the network.
