Mike Metral – Infrastructure as Code with Kubernetes Operators

Kubernetes developers and operators work together to manage workloads and continuously ship software and infrastructure as code through CI/CD. These users have an affinity for automation and pipelines, and richer integration with Kubernetes is a growing theme across the cloud native ecosystem. Using the Kubernetes Operator pattern, in combination with Infrastructure as Code tools, provides a native GitOps experience for managing and delivering infrastructure on any cloud or Kubernetes cluster. In this session, you’ll learn how to leverage modern programming languages to overhaul the complexity of deploying and managing infrastructure, clusters and workloads. We’ll build stacks of cloud resources, showcase how to drive towards a desired state in our pipelines and how to integrate with Kubernetes for continuous delivery.
